For basic in-person repair services, the fee is $40/Hour.
Note that Cyclops Computers does not have contract-based plans. For business contracts, please refer to GRQ Innovations.
All payments must be made in full on the appointment date, in Cash or Visa/Amex/Mastercard.
If paying by Credit Card, Proof of ID will be required, as well as a signature.
If any hardware repairs are required, another appointment must be scheduled once the part arrives. Before purchase of the part, a down payment is required.
**If you have referred another customer, you may be eligible for a discount on your next repair. For this discount, please include the name of the customer referred, as well as their e-mail, and telephone number, when contacting us.
