For basic in-person repair services, the fee is $40/Hour. 
Data transfer/backup services are $30/Hour.

Note that Cyclops Computers does not have contract-based plans. For business contracts, please refer to GRQ Innovations.
 


All payments must be made in full on the appointment date, in Cash or Visa/Amex/Mastercard.

If paying by Credit Card, Proof of ID will be required, as well as a signature.

If any hardware repairs are required, another appointment must be scheduled once the part arrives. Before purchase of the part, a down payment is required.

Remote support cannot fix Hardware Issues, Networking Issues and Configuration, Hardware Upgrades, Computer Cleaning and/or installation, physical troubleshooting, disconnected network/internet connections, or other issues requiring physical interactions.


To use Remote Support, you must have:
-High Speed Internet (DSL/FIOS/3G/4G)
-Access to a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome)
-Access to https://www.copilot.com/
-Not-In-Use Phone and/or way of communicatng to currently working technician

We will service most areas in Nassau County.


***Note that not all services, including Network/Router Troubleshooting, & OS Installations, are available via Remote Support. Payments must be made via PayPal before or during a Remote Support appointment.
